How to order on Bestwishes ?

There are two main ways to order:

1. Just make an online purchase on our website : we aim to make the purchase process as smooth as possible so ordering on the website is extremely easy!

2. You can also make an order via phone: just call our Customer Service at 1639 and our staff will place the order for you! Our Customer Service operates from 8 AM to 9 PM from Monday to Friday, and from 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer a number of payment methods on Bestwishes (all items except Sretsis) :
1. Cash on Delivery
2. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
3. Debit card (Before shopping on Bestwishes, please make sure you have opened your online banking service with your bank)
4. Paypal

4. Wallet credits: if you have already purchased from Bestwishes in the past and you have some wallet credits in your account, you can use these to pay for your next purchase! If your wallet credit is not sufficient to pay for your purchase you can pay the difference by Credit Card, Debit Card, or COD. You can check your wallet credits at Bestwishes

How to choose my delivery method?

The default delivery method will be to your shipping address. However if you want to get your package shipped to a 7-Eleven store of your choice
